Responsibilities

• Ensure all documentation is accessible and user-friendly, leveraging tools like Markdown or HTML.
• Assist in creating content for the company’s website, blog, and social media platforms as needed.
• Support the implementation of documentation tools and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Review and integrate external resources into the internal documentation where applicable.
• Maintain a consistent voice and tone in all written content.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Technical Writing certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in technical writing or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Software Documentation
• User Experience (UX)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Professional Technical Communicator (CPTC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
