Responsibilities

• Design structural components for various projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance during construction.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for project documentation.
• Assist in project cost estimation and financial reporting.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve project issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years in structural design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus
• National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) certification is a bonus

Languages

• English: Fluent
