UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products by applying user-centered design principles. You will conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes and prototypes while collaborating closely with product and development teams. Your designs will help enhance user journeys and create engaging interfaces that resonate with our users.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
• Assess and refine the user journey to enhance user satisfaction.
• Utilize analytical data to inform design decisions.
• Create visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Develop user personas and scenarios based on research findings.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to agile methodologies.
• Work with marketing teams to align product visuals with messaging strategies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
