UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital products by applying user-centered design principles. You will conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes and prototypes while collaborating closely with product and development teams. Your designs will help enhance user journeys and create engaging interfaces that resonate with our users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Support the product team with user-centric design principles.
• Iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best design practices.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Provide input on branding and visual identity to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
