Job Description

As a Software Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, coordinating resources and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the strategic goals of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor project performance and track progress against goals.
• Foster effective collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management, particularly in software development
