Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Planner to help design and deliver exceptional events in Cape Town. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, manage logistics, and ensure every detail is perfect. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events of various scales, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align on event expectations and outcomes.
• Design event themes, materials, and collateral in line with client visions.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
• Create and manage schedules, timelines, and task lists for all events.
• Assist in marketing and promoting events to maximize attendance and engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality or a related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
