Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hearing-Aid Assembly Supervisor to lead our assembly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of assembly technicians. This role requires a strong understanding of hearing-aid assembly techniques and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assembly process of hearing aids and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Implement corrective measures to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Conduct regular training sessions for assembly technicians to enhance their skills.
• Perform regular audits of the assembly area for compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
• Report on production challenges and suggest improvements to management.
• Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate new products into the assembly line.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality Control (preferred)

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role is required.
