Job Description

We are looking for a technically savvy Systems Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our internal users. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software systems, ensuring maximum system uptime and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responding to internal user inquiries and providing timely support.
• Documenting support processes and maintaining knowledge bases.
• Implementing software updates and patches to maintain system integrity.
• Assisting in the deployment of new technology and software solutions.
• Conducting system performance reviews and reporting findings.
• Training users on new software and system functionalities.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of technology trends.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Preferred certifications in ITIL or similar

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and management

Technical Skills

• Active Directory

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Languages
