The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting users with various IT issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conduct training sessions for users on new systems and software.
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on project implementations.
• Assist in the management of user accounts and permissions.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Provide feedback for system improvements based on user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in an IT support role preferred
