Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing documents, and supporting various projects. We're looking for someone detail-oriented who can handle administrative duties and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Support the team with generating leads through research.
  • Assist in creating and editing written content for various platforms.
  • Gather feedback from clients and relay to relevant team members.
  • Help maintain a positive team culture through clear communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Certifications in Office Management or Virtual Assistance are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant administrative role
