Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Web Development Manager to lead our talented team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will oversee projects, contribute to innovative web strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all web development initiatives.
• Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and functionally efficient.
• Integrate user feedback into the development process to improve product quality.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success.
• Develop documentation for web projects, including specifications and user guides.
• Engage in strategic planning to define long-term web development goals.
• Represent the web development team in meetings with executive management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within web development
