Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of IT systems.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.
  • Conduct routine system audits and maintenance checks.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between users and external IT vendors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
