Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Certifications in safety and painting techniques preferred

Experience

• Experience in specialized undercoat applications (e.g., automotive undercoating) is highly valued.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of painting tools and products
• Safety protocols knowledge

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
