Responsibilities
Develop user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to capture necessary information.
Facilitate workshops to engage users and collect feedback on documentation.
Assist in maintaining the company’s online documentation portal.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication or a related field
Certification in UX Writing or similar is a plus
Experience
3+ years of professional experience in documentation or content writing
