Responsibilities

• Assess and process various types of claims and make policy decisions.
• Engage with clients to explain decisions on claims and solutions.
• Collaborate with the legal team when necessary to resolve complex claims.
• Maintain records of claims and ensure documentation is complete.
• Analyze claims data to identify areas for improvement in processes.
• Contribute to training initiatives for new staff in the claims department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or applicable field
• Further qualifications in Insurance Management are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in claims analysis or related field
