Seeking an experienced Auditor to enhance our auditing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will validate clients' financial statements, ensuring they adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying discrepancies and suggesting improvements in financial processes. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and all related documentation.
• Identify discrepancies, suggesting areas for process improvement.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and advise on corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary support and documentation.
• Ensure that all audit procedures are followed in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Document audit processes and maintain comprehensive audit files.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance auditing skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Honours or Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in auditing or relevant financial roles

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Accounting Software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Certifications

• CA (SA) or equivalent qualification
• CIMA certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
