Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Auditor based in Cape Town. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate financial statements for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and possess a passion for financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform audits according to regulatory standards and firm policies.
• Assess financial processes for potential improvements.
• Analyze financial data to detect patterns and anomalies.
• Work closely with finance departments to ensure compliance.
• Prepare audit documentation for review and approval.
• Facilitate audits performed by external auditors.
• Mentor junior auditors and provide training as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification (e.g. CA, ACCA) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years experience in auditing or finance roles
