We're on the lookout for an E-commerce Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be tasked with developing and executing initiatives that promote online sales growth, engaging in data analysis to inform strategic decisions to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• In charge of executing our E-commerce strategy to drive growth.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to boost team performance and innovation.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior staff in E-commerce best practices.
• Maintain updated knowledge of E-commerce trends and technologies.
• Work closely with logistics to ensure efficient delivery processes.
• Manage budgets for marketing strategies and platform enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the E-commerce industry

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• E-mail Marketing Tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Online Merchandising: Expertise in merchandise selection and online marketing strategies.
