Join our dynamic team as a Clinical Pharmacist in Pretoria! In this role, you will provide specialized pharmaceutical care, consulting with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication management. Your expertise will contribute to the safety and efficacy of patient therapies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize medication therapies for chronic disease management.
• Conduct patient education sessions on medication usage and side effects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred

• South African Pharmacy Council Registration

• Previous experience in community pharmacy: Experience working in a community pharmacy setting is preferable.
