Responsibilities
Manage the general ledger and post journal entries.
Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance.
Review and process invoices and expense reports.
Conduct variance analysis and report findings.
Offer insights into financial planning and strategy.
Assist in training other accounting staff as needed.
Implement accounting software and systems improvements.
Oversee payroll processing and benefit administration.
Assist in maintaining the company's financial health.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration
Master's degree is a plus
Experience
4-6 years of experience in a similar role
