Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to develop forecasts and budgets
• Generate detailed reports for management review
• Provide insights on financial performance and recommend actions
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure data accuracy
• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reviews
• Develop and maintain financial metrics and dashboards
• Participate in strategic planning to align financial goals with business objectives
• Support the finance team in achieving department objectives
• Ensure timely financial reporting and adherence to deadlines
• Conduct market research to inform financial decisions

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or related disciplines
