Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering investment solutions to our clients in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for managing client portfolios, advising on capital structure, and leading due diligence efforts during transactions. Ideal candidates possess a sharp analytical mindset and familiarity with market trends and financial instruments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse client portfolio, offering tailored financial solutions.
• Work alongside financial analysts to assess valuations and market positioning.
• Support clients with IPOs, fundraising rounds, and transfer pricing activities.
• Research industry trends to inform investment decisions and recommendations.
• Foster relationships with institutional investors and industry stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of internal strategy papers and investment proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business
• Master's degree or relevant certification preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of demonstrable experience in investment banking roles.
