Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence efforts on various transactions.
• Analyze market conditions and develop investment theses.
• Develop and present proposals to potential clients.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of financial agreements.
• Create comprehensive financial reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with external advisors and service providers.
• Support junior bankers in professional development and mentoring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field is required
• Master's degree in Business or Finance is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment banking
