We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Strategy Consultant to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and a proven track record in driving sales growth through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales forecasting models to predict sales outcomes.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
  • Assess customer feedback and churn reports to enhance strategy effectiveness.
  • Identify training needs and create programs to upskill the sales force.
  • Cultivate a sales culture focused on accountability, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for escalated client concerns regarding sales strategy execution.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track performance and streamline sales processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related discipline
  • MBA or similar advanced degree is highly regarded
Experience
  • 6+ years in a senior sales strategy role or consultancy
