Join our growing team as a Biomedical Equipment Analyst. The successful applicant will be responsible for evaluating biomedical equipment, implementing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend improvements for biomedical equipment operational performance.
• Ensure optimal functionality of medical devices through regular inspections and maintenance.
• Educate staff on effective equipment handling and troubleshooting.
• Document equipment issues and track resolutions in maintenance logs.
• Assist in regulatory compliance audits related to biomedical equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment design and upgrades.
• Stay informed on latest biomedical technology trends and updates.
• Manage inventory of biomedical equipment and supplies.
• Provide input on budgetary requirements for maintenance and equipment replacement.
• Assist in the development of standard operating procedures for equipment use.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working with biomedical equipment in a medical research environment
