Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about data analytics and has a knack for turning complex data sets into actionable insights. You will work closely with different teams to interpret data and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business data and help identify trending issues and solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection and reporting.
• Monitor key metrics and performance indicators of the business performance.
• Optimize existing reporting systems and deliver robust insight generation.
• Facilitate training sessions for stakeholders to improve data literacy.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement practices related to analytics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's in Business Analytics is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and insights generation

Technical Skills

• Power BI
• Python

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in R or SAS: Experienced in using R or SAS for advanced analytics.
• Experience with Cloud Data Services: Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions for large scale data management.
