Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including installation, maintenance, and improvements of electrical systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend electrical products and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (PrEng) status is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering projects

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
