Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Shoe Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining bobbin winding machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure proper winding of bobbins used in various textile processes, contributing to the efficiency of our production line.

Responsibilities

• Setup and calibrate bobbin winding machines according to specifications.
• Regularly check yarn quality and adjust tension as necessary.
• Work to minimize waste by ensuring efficient winding processes.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance bobbin winding skills.
• Assist in the development of production improvement strategies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Textile Manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience with bobbin winding machinery is preferred

Languages
