Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for a variety of insurance products.
• Implement underwriting policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical underwriting support and advice to colleagues.
• Engage with clients to discuss their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Review loss control data to refine underwriting criteria.
• Negotiate renewal terms with existing clients and assess new applications.
• Prepare reports on underwriting activities and present findings to management.
• Facilitate regular training sessions for junior underwriters.
• Actively contribute to enhancing the overall risk assessment process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in underwriting or related fields

Languages
