Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for daily operations.
  • Organize and manage files, ensuring accuracy.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for executives.
  • Assist with preparing documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Participate in developing office procedures and policies.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Support HR initiatives related to onboarding and training.
  • Conduct research as required to support various projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher Certificate in Office Administration or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar administrative position
