Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all phases of civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate with local authorities for project approvals.
• Utilize advanced engineering software to enhance design accuracy.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of practical civil engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Civil3D
• Structural Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• International Project Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
