Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, helping to drive effective financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements and metrics to analyze the organization’s performance.
• Provide insights on revenue forecasting and optimization.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors and tax advisors.
• Develop and utilize financial models for decision-making.
• Prepare variance analysis reports for departmental budgets.
• Train junior analysts and provide mentorship.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CIMA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial services or corporate finance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
