Job Description

As a Nursing Sister, you will deliver expert nursing care to patients in Durban. The role requires working closely with healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient health concerns, outcomes, and care progress.
• Administer first aid and emergency care as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Promote patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and nursing students.
• Assist in the management of hospital resources and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Nursing diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a strong advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a nursing role with hands-on experience
