Job Description

As a Clinical Pharmacist at Health Care Pharmacy, you will be responsible for evaluating patient medication regimens, providing education on drug therapy, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of patient medication therapies.
• Provide guidance on drug interactions and contraindications to ensure patient safety.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
• Liaise with suppliers for medication procurement as needed.
• Promote community health initiatives aimed at improving medication adherence.
• Support research efforts related to pharmacotherapy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice
