Job Description

As an Ethanol Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations at our ethanol production facility, ensuring efficient processes while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure efficient operations within the ethanol production facility.
• Monitor and manage production targets to meet quality and output standards.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Prepare operational budgets and address variances promptly.
• Lead initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability within operations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in ethanol production, with significant experience in plant operations.

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing Principles
