Responsibilities

• Analyze professional and operational risks to formulate policy structures.
• Develop and implement underwriting guidelines that reflect company policies.
• Coordinate with legal to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Prepare reports for management on underwriting trends and client risk.
• Assist the sales team by providing underwriting knowledge and support in client discussions.
• Monitor the insurance market for competitive pricing strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Actuarial qualifications or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in underwriting or similar role

Certifications
