Pharmacist

Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Pharma Solutions, you will take charge of medication management and patient care. Your responsibilities will include advising patients on medication use, monitoring their health and progress, and maintaining accurate records of prescriptions. You will contribute significantly to the overall health of the community in Pretoria.

Responsibilities

• Interpret prescriptions and check for drug interactions.
• Conduct health screenings and make recommendations as needed.
• Provide immunizations as per practice standards.
• Manage pharmacy staff and assist in training new employees.
• Develop and implement health promotion strategies in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy practice
