Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Support the design process through research and material selection.
• Ensure all drawings meet safety and zoning requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and bids.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle, from conception to completion.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Architectural Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in architectural drafting role

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3D modeling software

Soft Skills

• Creative thinking
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with project management software: Experience with tools such as Trello or Asana for project tracking.
