Responsibilities

• Develop strategic investment recommendations for clients.
• Lead negotiations and discussions on behalf of clients during transactions.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Participate in business development activities and networking events.
• Evaluate financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the investment banking division.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in finance or investment banking

Certifications

• CFA Charterholder
