Job Description

As a UX Designer at Design Solutions Ltd., you will work on diverse projects that require a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior. The role involves translating user research into compelling design solutions and collaborating with developers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-line IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

• Assist in the procurement of IT resources and manage inventory.
• Perform routine checks on network security protocols and updates.
• Create user guides and documentation for IT support.

• Collaborate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IT-related certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and system administration
