Job Description

As a UX Designer at Design Solutions Ltd., you will work on diverse projects that require a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of user behavior. The role involves translating user research into compelling design solutions and collaborating with developers to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and provide technical support.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring consistent performance.
• Assist in detecting and resolving network and server issues.
• Evaluate and suggest upgrades to existing IT systems and software.
• Conduct technology training for staff to enhance productivity.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

• Participate in planning and execution of IT projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• IT-related certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support and system administration
