Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, project planning acumen, and a knack for stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project stakeholders.
• Implement strategies for effective project scope management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management plans.
• Track and report on project progress and performance metrics.
• Facilitate project closure and gather lessons learned.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages
