Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager at Leading Supply Chain Solutions, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. You will implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods. Your role will also involve managing relationships with suppliers and coordinating with various teams to achieve our operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate supply chain challenges and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities and performance metrics.
  • Work with finance to create budgets and forecasts related to supply chain operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain team.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product launches and other initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management
