Responsibilities

  • Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and interpret results.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and policy manuals.
  • Spearhead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Prepare HR reports for management review.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and compliance.
  • Ensure effective talent management strategies are in place.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Similar certifications such as SAP HR are beneficial
Experience
  • 6+ years in HR, with leadership experience preferred
