Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports.
• Identify financial discrepancies and work towards resolution.
• Assure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support strategic financial planning and analysis.
• Develop and implement efficient record-keeping systems.
• Engage in professional development activities to stay updated with accounting trends.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss departmental performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Professional certification (CA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in an accounting role
