Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Healthcare Administrator to manage the administrative functions of our healthcare facility. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration team in managing daily operations.
  • Ensuring the facility adheres to health regulations.
  • Promote a positive patient experience through effective service.
  • Assist in developing and implementing health policies.
  • Evaluate the performance of administrative staff.
  • Manage the facility's budgets and financial reporting.
  • Implement technology solutions for patient management.
  • Foster relationships with community healthcare providers.
  • Conduct regular audits of workflows and operations.
  • Train staff on new healthcare policies and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
