Job Description

As a Vocational Training Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding learners towards successful vocational pathways. In this role, you'll assess training needs, develop tailored training programs, and facilitate engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training evaluations and revise training programs accordingly.
• Utilize various teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with other educators in the development and delivery of programs.
• Create partnerships with local businesses for internship opportunities.
• Organize events and promotional activities for the training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Adult Education, Human Resources or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is an asset

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in vocational training or similar role

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
