We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will work on delivering high availability and performance for our cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating closely with software development teams to enhance our deployment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be passionate about driving automation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage scalable cloud architectures for applications and services.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are implemented.
• Facilitate collaboration between development and operations teams to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, deployments, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies to improve DevOps processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT or DevOps-related field preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working in a DevOps role
