Job Description

We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Johannesburg team. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate finance transactions, conducting detailed financial analysis, and preparing pitch materials and presentations for clients. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset and experience in financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate financial due diligence processes.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all aspects are addressed.
• Analyze financial statements and forecasts to present to clients.
• Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct necessary analysis.
• Attend client meetings and participate in negotiations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
• CFA or similar certification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial advisory

Certifications

• CFA Level I or higher
