We are currently seeking a talented Art Producer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will oversee art direction, coordinate with artists, and ensure that projects meet both deadlines and artistic standards. This role demands a creative vision coupled with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the art production team to ensure quality outputs and creativity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for art supplies and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Summarize and report project progress to the Creative Director.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of creative talent.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative ideas.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align goals and expectations.
• Adapt and respond to client feedback effectively.
• Evaluate artistic trends and apply them to projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or related area
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of work experience in art production or a similar role
