Responsibilities

• Create detailed sketches and specifications for new fashion lines.
• Engage in trend forecasting to inform product development.
• Ensure all designs meet the company's standards for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Monitor the product lifecycle from development to final sale.
• Contribute innovative ideas to product development meetings.
• Review final samples and ensure they align with the original design vision.
• Assist in animating social media campaigns with design elements.
• Manage and mentor junior designers, sharing best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
• Master's degree or additional certifications are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of fashion design experience, particularly in apparel design
