Job Description

We are seeking a Grinding Machine Operator who is adept at setting up, operating, and maintaining grinding machines. Successful candidates will ensure precision in measurement and adherence to production standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of finished products to identify defects.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during production.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform basic repairs when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of equipment.
• Assist in performing quality checks and assessments.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a technical or vocational training program in machining

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating grinding machines or similar equipment.
